MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
To help maintain the housing units in good condition, the KMHB asks that all tenants call their Housing Manager when problems arise and not wait until the problem worsens.
Maintaining the housing stock in good condition is one of the KMHB’s priorities. That’s why a preventive maintenance program was established. Housing inspections are conducted every 2 years to prevent major breakdowns and emergency repairs.
Thanks to this program, we have more housing in good condition available for rent.
